Order Tracking - Where the heck are my new toys?!
We're like you...when we order new toys, we want them NOW! We strive to ship your order within one business day. With pick and pack time included, orders placed with the Free Standard shipping option, are usually delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Did you upgrade shipping on your order? When you place your order before 10:00 am and select the Expedited shipping option you can expect delivery in 2 business days. Priority shipping gets your package delivered the next business day, when you order before 10:00 am.
Looking to track down your package? When you placed your order you received an order confirmation email. That order contains all the details from your order, as well as a big red button at the top that says, "View Your Order". Click that button and you'll get up-to-the-hour status on your order including a map that shows you just where in the world your package is. Still having trouble?
